Having worked for many years as a professional translator and editor, I am passionate about supporting learners to become confident with the English language.

It’s a misconception that History is a dry subject, all about learning dates! Studying History develops important skills, including critical thinking and the ability to construct persuasive arguments. It helps us to understand more about the world today and broadens our horizons.
History was my favourite subject at school and the natural choice for my undergraduate degree. I love sharing my passion for History with my students. Using my knowledge and experience, I will have your child thinking like a historian in no time! As well as ensuring that they have the required knowledge for their exam topics, we will work on the different question types so that they understand how to maximise their marks on the day.
